I’m so glad you’re here. Movement has been part of my life for over 20 years. I’ve run marathons, ultramarathons, and spent years coaching runners — but becoming a mom changed everything.
After struggling with infertility, then navigating pregnancy and postpartum, I found myself asking the same questions so many women ask:
How do I take care of my body now? How do I get stronger again? And where do I fit into all of this?
The guidance I was given felt incomplete, so I became what I needed. I pursued certifications in pregnancy and postpartum athleticism and shifted my focus from performance to sustainable strength, confidence, and self-trust.
Today, I help busy moms rebuild strength, support weight loss in a healthy way, and learn how to prioritize themselves again!
