    Hi! I'm Meredith! I'm so glad you're here! A little about me - I have been into fitness for over 20 years. I've run multiple marathons and ultramarathons. I have been coaching women in running and strength for over 6 years. More recently I struggled with infertility, then became pregnant with my daughter. Throughout my infertility, pregnancy, & postpartum I was unsure how to approach my training. My doctor's were not super helpful so I became what I needed and got certified in Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism. I now help train women throughout different stages of life whether they're moms of 6 week olds or 20 year olds! I love helping women find their strength again!
